Getting started as a moderator

In version 1, forums are added manually so we can onboard each one properly.

Request your forum

Fill in the request form with your forum name and chapter (or email nmuldoon@softwareholdings.com.au). We'll create the space and add you as moderator.

Invite your members

From your moderator dashboard, send each member an invite link. They connect their own calendars in a couple of clicks.

Pick the date

Once calendars are connected, the smart finder ranks the best meeting dates. Confirm one and invites go out to everyone.

Adding another forum? Each additional forum is added manually for now — just send us the details and we'll set it up.
